Your Chef and Caterer provides an online platform connecting clients with private chefs and caterers. We facilitate introductions, booking inquiries, and communications but are not a party to the agreement between client and chef.

Use of the Platform

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and event information
• Communicate respectfully with service providers
• Not misuse the booking or communication features

For Service Providers (Chefs/Caterers)

By listing on our platform, you agree to:

• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information about your services and pricing
• Handle client relationships and payments professionally
• Comply with all applicable food safety and business regulations

Communications & SMS Program

Your Chef and Caterer operates a transactional SMS messaging program. By providing your mobile number on an inquiry or signup form and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Your Chef and Caterer and the chef you inquired with about your booking inquiry.

• Program: Your Chef and Caterer booking notifications.
• Message types: Booking-inquiry confirmations to clients and lead alerts to chefs. Transactional only; no marketing.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on booking and inquiry activity.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

Your Chef and Caterer is a platform connecting parties. We are not responsible for the quality of food, service delivery, cancellations, or disputes between clients and chefs. We facilitate introductions; the business relationship is between client and chef.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
